产业结构优化升级对城镇化的作用机理与实证分析——以广东湛江市为例

摘　　要：产业结构与城镇化之间是一种相互作用、彼此促进、协同发展的耦合联动关系。然而,在一些地方实践中,由于各种非理性、非确定性因素的存在,往往轻视或者忽略产业结构优化升级对城镇化发展的"推拉效应",最终导致城镇化发展质量不高,产城关系"两张皮",整个区域经济的发展也受到严重影响。有鉴于此,要适应经济新常态,推动"产城融合"的新型城镇化,就必须要做好区域产业结构的优化布局与升级转型。The interaction between urbanization and industrial structure is a coupling, mu- tual promotion and coordinated development. However, in local practice, due to the existence of various non-rational, non-deterministic factors, they often underestimate or ignore ＂push-pull effect＂ on urbanization by the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and eventually lead to the low quality of urbanization, the mismatch relationship between industry and city, and serious influence on the regional economy as a whole. In order to adapt to the new economic, normality and push the neo-urbanization development of integration between indush-y and city, it is necessary optimize regional layout and upgrade industrial structure transformation.
