摘　　要：通过分析影响电子商务企业物流服务效率的因素,阐明电子商务物流服务体系建设的关键点,提出电子商务企业提升物流服务效率的措施。There is a circumstance where the requirements of E‐commerce and the system of traditional logistics management are mismatched ,and it may lead the inefficiency of logistics services in E‐commerce industry .This research will analyze the factors that may influence logistics services level in E‐commerce companies .In addition ,the key points of building logistics services system ,and the measures about how to improve the efficiency of logistics services for e‐commerce companies also will be discussed in this paper .
