摘 要:利用实时红外(RT-FTIR)跟踪不同类型巯基-烯体系的光聚合过程,考查烯烃类型、结构、主链刚性和黏度等因素对巯基-烯二元体系光聚合动力学的影响。研究发现,对自聚和共聚共存的巯基-丙烯酸酯体系,双键的摩尔浓度对体系转化速率和最终转化率有较大影响;对于非均聚体系,影响巯基-降冰片烯体系聚合动力学主要因素是黏度、交联密度和降冰片烯结构,决定巯基-烯丙基体系光聚合的因素为主链柔性和体系黏度。通过对聚合体系的合理设计可制备出交联网络和机械性能可调的光交联聚合物。The photopolymerization process of the thiol-ene systems consisting of thiol and different vinyl monomers was tracked by real time FTIR, and the dependence of photopolymerization kinetics on experimental variables, such as the type, structure, backbone rigidity and viscosity of vinyl monomers, was investigated. It was demonstrated that the molarity of double bond had a significant effect on the conversion speed and final conversion of the thiol-acrylate system in which both the homopolymerization and the copolymerization do coexist. As for copolymerization system, the main factors to influence the kinetics of the thiol-norbornene system were the viscosity, crossliking density and norbornene, and the main factors to determine the photopolymerization of the thiol-allyl systems were the backbone flexibility and system viscosity. The polymers with adjustable crosslinking density and mechanical properties can be prepared via designing the appropriate thiol-ene systems.
