摘  要:丙烯酸压敏胶配方中多数采用HEA、AA等水溶性单体,乳化剂会影响初始水相活性低聚物的成核,从而对低聚物的分布有明显的影响,并影响剥离强度,初粘性和持粘性。实验采用2种不同结构的阴离子乳化剂2A1和CO436,发现2A1对初级粒子的稳定性优于CO436,因此胶的剥离强度和持粘性优于CO436。The water soluble monomer, such as HEA and AA, usually are used during emulsion polymerization of the pressure sensitive adhesives, the surfactants with different structure can influence the active oligomer particle formation in the aqueous phase, thereby the aqueous phase oligomers distribution as well as the peeling strength, tack and holding power. Both surfactants 2A1 and CO436 were used in this experiment, the surfactant 2A1 afforded better stability for the primary particles in aqueous phase than the surfactant CO436, so the peeling strength and shear strength for surfactant 2A1 were better than for surfactant CO436.
