支架取栓碎栓在重症脑静脉窦血栓介入治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨和评价应用solitar AB半开环支架在脑静脉窦血栓取栓术的治疗效果。方法：12例脑静脉窦血栓形成并进行血管内介入治疗的患者均采用Solitar AB半开环支架行脑静脉窦机械性碎栓及取栓治疗,术后予以积极的抗凝、抗血小板治疗,定期复查PT及PT值,将INR值控制在2.0-2.5。结果：出院前12例患者腰椎穿剌时颅内压在120-200 mm Hg,脑MRV检查证明静脉窦主干通畅,皮层及深静脉恢复正常。3例患者部分再通,皮层和深静脉部分代偿。12例患者中的症状及体征均有不同的改善,其中10例头痛消失,2例头痛减轻,2例视力减退,2例记忆力下降。结论：solitar AB半开环支架在脑静脉窦血栓形成的介入取栓及碎栓治疗中是一种安全和积极有效的治疗手段。Objective： To explore and estimate the treatment effect of solitar AB stent in the mechanical thrombus thrombectomy and thrombolysis of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. Methods： All the data of twelve patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in our department were selected from January,2008 to December,2014,interventional thrombectomy and thrombolysis therapy were exploied in all twelve patients by solitar AB stent,postoperative anticoagulation,antiplatelet therapy,with periodic review of PT and PT value,the INR was controlled in the 2 - 2. 5. Results： Before discharging,lumbar puncture in patients with intracranial pressure in 120 - 200 mm Hg,MRV inspection certificates for cerebral venous sinus and trunk open,cortex and deep venous returned to normal. Partial recanalization in 3 patients,the cortex and deep venous partial compensation. 12 patients had different symptoms and signs,including 10 cases with no headaches again,2 cases with the relief of headaches,2 cases with vision loss,and 2 cases with memory loss. Conclusion：Solitar AB semi open loop stent in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis interventional thrombectomy and thrombolysis therapy is a safe and effective treatment method.
