摘　　要：针对发电厂和变电站的二次系统展开式原理图内容多、复杂、逻辑描述困难等特点,运用应用程序的方式将展开式原理图通过在屏幕上建立的直角坐标系,精确地描述在计算机屏幕上,并利用计算机多媒体技术对展开式原理图进行动态的描述,通过Microsoft Speech SDK集成的TTS引擎嵌入相应的语音讲解,复杂的逻辑一目了然,为电力系统二次部分的培训教程提供了新思路。The expansion of principle diagram of secondary system of power plant and substation is very complex, and has lots logic description difficulties etc. The paper uses the screen rectangular coordinate system to describe precisely the principle of the expansion. It can accurately describe on the computer monitor, and then use the computer multimedia technology to carry on the dynamic description of the principle diagram of the expansion. By using Microsoft Speech SDK which is integrated TTS engine, the design uses the corresponding voice at the same time, and make complex logic be clear at a glance For the training of the second part in the power system, it provides a new way.
