血浆降钙素原联合CRP在婴儿细菌感染诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的对血浆降钙素原联合CRP在婴儿细菌感染诊断中的作用进行研究,证实联合诊断的临床价值;方法以广东省深圳市儿童医院2012年1月—2013年2月期间诊治并确诊的细菌感染患儿32例为观察组;同时选取非感染患儿26例为对照组。常规使用抗生素对观察组研究对象进行治疗。对两组研究对象治疗前后的血浆降钙素原和CRP进行检测。结果观察组研究对象的血浆降钙素原和CRP均有明显的升高,对照组均处于正常水平,组间比较具有显著差异性;观察组治疗后血浆降钙素原和CRP水平明显下降,与治疗前比较具有显著差异。在检测敏感性、特异性的比较中血浆降钙素原高于CRP,但无显著差异,而联合检测的敏感性、特异性高于单项检测,且具有显著差异。结论血浆降钙素原联合CRP在婴儿细菌感染诊断中的敏感性高,并有较高的特异性,在婴儿细菌感染的诊断、病情监测及疗效评价中具有重要价值。Objective Procalcitonin combined with CRP in diagnosis of bacterial infection in infants of plasma, to confirm the clinical value of combined diagnosis. Methods In our hospital during 2012 january to 2013 february, selection for the observation group of 32 cases of diagnosis and treatment of bacterial infection in children; at the same time selection for the control group of 26 cases of non infection. The research of the observation group were treated with conventional antibiotics. Of the two groups before and after treatment, plasma procalcitonin and CRP were detected. Results In the observation group, plasma procalcitonin and CRP were increased obviously, the control group were in normal level. Comparison between groups had significant differences. The observation group after treatment, plasma procalcitonin and CRP levels were significantly decreased, compared with that before treatment had significant difference. In sensitivity and specificity, plasma procalcitonin is higher than that of CRP, but the difference was not significant, and the combined detection in sensitivity and specificity was higher than that of the single detection, and has significant difference. Conclusion The plasma procalcitonin combined with CRP in infants with bacterial infections in the diagnosis has higher sensitivity and specificity, and important value in the diagnosis, evaluation of infant bacterial infection disease monitoring and therapeutic efficacy.
