大学生的体育活动风险认知与运动损伤和锻炼行为的关系

摘　　要：以体育活动风险认知及运动损伤、锻炼行为的相关研究为理论基础,建立了大学生的体育活动风险认知、运动损伤和锻炼行为的假设理论模型。采用大学生体育活动风险认知量表、锻炼行为和运动损伤经历问卷对568名大学生进行测量,运用结构方程模型对所测得数据和所建立的假设理论模型进行检验。结果表明:理论模型与观测数据拟合很好;大学生的体育活动风险认知对运动损伤和锻炼行为有显著负影响,运动损伤对锻炼行为有显著负影响,并且大学生的体育活动风险认知也通过运动损伤进而作用于锻炼行为。According to the related research of the perception of risk in physical activity, the sport injury and the exercise behavior, a hypothetical theory model of the perception of risk in physical activity, the sport injury and the exercise behav- ior carried out by 568 undergraduate students was established. Psychological scale was adopted to measure the perception of risk in physical activity, exercise behavior and sport injury history. The Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the statistics and the hypothetical theory model. The research indicated that the theoretical model and the observed data matched well. The perception of risk in physical activity for the undergraduates had significant negative influence on sport injury and exercise behavior. The sport injury also had significant negative influence on exercise behavior. The perception of risk in physical activity influenced the exercise behavior through sport injury.
