摘 要:通过热带海洋大气环境试验对4种电缆进行了老化研究,运用外观、机械性能检测方法研究了护套和绝缘材料在西沙户外不同周期大气暴露试验后的性能变化规律,并进行了对比分析。结果表明:在热带海洋大气环境中,聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆样品和乙丙橡胶绝缘交联聚烯烃护套电缆样品的耐候性较好。The aging research of four kinds of cables is conducted in the tropic marine atmospheric environment. During the test, the performance change rules of the sheaths and insulation of the cables after the mospheric exposure tests in Xisha at different testing periods are studied from the aspects of their appeararce and mechanical properties, and a comparison analysis has been carried out.It turns out that the cables with PVC insulotion and PVC cheaths and the cables with EPR isulation and XLPO sheaths show good weather resistance in the marine atmospherican environment.
