摘　　要：针对安阳某炼钢厂斜管沉淀池处理转炉除尘水斜管积泥问题,通过沉淀池排泥含水率调研,优化沉淀池排泥控制;论证斜管倾角增大的可行性并进行改造,最终基本解决了沉淀池斜管积泥问题。Aiming at the problem of the inclined tube mud accumulation in Anyartg steel by the inclined tube sedimen- tation tank, mud control of the sedimentation tank is optimized through the investigation of the mud moisture content of the sedimentation tank. The feasibility of increasing inclination arigle of inclined tube is demonstrated and the transformation is carried out, and the problem of inclined tube accumulation in sedimentation tank is basically resolved.
