摘　　要：对通常ABC管理定义进行解读,根据本单位实际情况开发出新管理模式,通过控制图、样品选择等方面进行阐述,提供了大型精密分析仪器的准确度、精度管理方法,使其更好地满足生产需求。ABC management definitions for commonly is interpreted. A new management model, which provides a accurate analysis of large precision instruments and precision management by controlling the detailed map, select samples, and other aspects of daily management, is develop based on the actual situation in Anyang steel, thereby the model can meet the production requirement.
