高温用捆带冷轧原料使用性能评价

摘　　要：某客户外购了一卷冷轧原料,尝试进行高温用捆带的试制,委托对其进行性能评估,以确认该原料钢卷能否满足实际生产的需要,为后续是否批量采购提供科学依据。通过对该冷轧原料进行化学成分、微观组织、力学性能、表面质量和板形进行分析,可以确认其尽管还存在一些不足,但总体上仍能满足使用要求。同时,建议客户在批量采购前最好对产品的捆扎方式、应用对象、生产工艺和性价比进行全面考虑。Some client purchased a coil of cold rolling material and tried to produce strapping steel for high temperature use.The performance of material was analyzed in order to affirm whether it could be satisfied for the practical production and provide scientific basis for subsequent batch of purchase. Therefore,the chemical composition,microstructure,mechanical performance,surface quality and plate shape were analyzed. According to the results,it concluded that despite of some shortcomings,the cold rolling material could be applied in the production on the whole. Meanwhile,it suggested that the client has better comprehensively consider some important factors before purchase,including strapping model,application object,process and cost performance.
