摘　　要：延河流域信息发布系统是利用先进的Web开发技术和GIS功能组件设计实现的一套具有地图浏览、空间查询分析和专题图绘制等功能的WebGIS应用系统,系统实现了空间信息和GIS应用模型的网络部分共享的协同工作,从而提高水土保持、生态环境调查、监测、管理和流域综合治理规划工作的技术水平,为延河流域水土流失快速调查、动态监测分析评价和水土保持生态环境综合治理规划服务。The Yanhe River Basin soil erosion information distribution system was development with WebGIS technology and tools of GIS functional components. This system was provided with map browsing, spatial query and analysis, thematic mapping and other functions, and implemented the cooperative work with spatial information and GIS application model. Thus, the water and soil conservation, environmental investigation and monitoring, management and the planning of integrated river basin management are improved in technical merit. And the system can be serviced in the survey of water and soil erosion, analysis and evaluation of dynamic monitoring, the integrated management planning for water and soil conservation.
