摘　　要：从地籍管理角度出发,以湘潭市地籍管理系统升级为例,提出了在地籍系统中增加街坊层数据的观点。阐述了增设街坊层的必要性及技术方法,在此基础上提高了地籍管理系统的利用率,增强了系统空间分析的效率和质量,使其能更好地服务于湘潭市地籍管理工作。From the cadastral management perspective, taking Xiangtan cadastral management system upgrade for example, we proposed the idea which was increasing neighborhood level data in the cadastral system, and explained the necessity and technical method of additional neighborhood level. This method would improve the cadastral management system utilization, and enhance the efficiency and quality of system's spatial analysis.
