摘　　要：从我国近年来重特大灾害事故频发的现状、消防部队应急通信保障的特点和当前国内外卫星通信技术发展现状出发,重点分析消防单兵便携式卫星通信装备的技术特点与发展现状,深入探析影响该装备推广应用的技术难题,并提出集成优化的解决方案。From the present situation of frequent major disaster accidents in China in recent years, and the characteristic of fire emergency communication guarantee, and the domestic develop ment situation of satellite communication technology, analyzed the technical characteristics and development situation of the fireman portable satellite communication equipment, and ana lyzed technical problems which influenced the popularization and application of the equipment, and gave the integrated scheme which solved the problem.
