摘 要:试验研究水成膜式泡沫灭火剂和氟蛋白式泡沫灭火剂喷出过程中的静电特性。介绍试验装置主要构成,测量不同浓度、不同流速的泡沫液的电荷密度,分析泡沫灭火剂起电机理。结果表明:泡沫喷出过程中伴随着大量静电的产生;氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂的静电起电能力高于水成膜泡沫灭火剂;随着泡沫流速的降低,其静电起电量有增大的趋势。提出利用罐壁导电、控制流速、使用防静电的消防水带等防静电措施。Electrostatic properties in the process of foam jet including water film foam extinguishing agent and fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent were researched in this study. The aim of this paper was to introduce the construction of testing apparatus, measure electric density of foam with different concentration and flow velocity. Also Electrification mechanism of foam extinguishing agent was analyzed. The results showed that lots of static electricity was generated in the process of firefighting foam jet, the probability of static electricity generation of fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent was higher than water film foam extinguishing agent and the static electricity quantity trended to become bigger along with the flow velocity decrease. Several suggestions, tank wall conduction, flow control and the use of anti-static fire-hose, were proposed to prevent the static electricity generation.
