摘　　要：在一起仓库火灾调查过程中,人证、物证和视频监控都指向仓库内部先起火。现场勘验的结果也与证人证词及视频资料相吻合。火灾原因直接指向仓库内部的照明线路。在看似证据齐全、起火部位和起火点都正确的情况下,火灾原因的认定与最终认定发生了重大偏差。重新认定火灾原因的过程值得火调人员在工作中借鉴。In the investigation process of a warehouse fire, evidence, witnesses and video surveillance led to internal warehouse fire first. On-site inspection results were consistent with the testimony of witnesses and video data, the fire cause directly pointed to the lighting circuit inside the warehouse. In the seemingly evidence was complete, the fire sites and fire points were correct, the final identification of fire cause was far away different from the initial identification. The reidentification process gives reference for similar fire investigation.
