摘　　要：本文综述了水稻花药培养的研究概况、后代遗传特性以及植株后代群体在水稻育种研究中的运用,分析了现阶段花药培养中的问题,并对未来研究方向做出展望。Research situation, offspring＇s genetic characteristic and appling on rice-breeding of rice anther culture were summarized in paper, it analyzed the question in rice anther culture and make prospect on direction of its research.
