摘　　要：阿基诺三世就任总统以来,在南海问题上一反前任对华友好的做法,频频挑衅中国。这种态度急剧转变的原因是多方面的:既有经济利益的考量,也有中国近年迅速发展导致菲方恐慌,更有美国对菲方的全力支持。Since his inauguration as president of the Philippines, Aquino Ⅲ has changed his predecessor＇ s friendly attitude to disputes with China on the South China Sea and has thus frequently provoked China. The causes for such a conduct are various, for there are not only economic considerations but also the Philippines＇ s panic as a result of China＇ s recent rapid development and above all the unneglected all-out support of USA to the Philippines.
