摘　　要：协商式民调将民意调查与公众参与讨论公共政策相结合,实施过程包括随机抽样与第一次民调、邀请受访者参加讨论并提供相关材料、小组讨论与大会交流、第二次民调、结果分析等。协商式民调面临样本的代表性与对实验安排的反应等外在效度问题,以及测量工具等内在效度的问题。Deliberative polling combines opinion polls with public participating in the discussion of public policy. The implementation processes include random sampling and the first poll, inviting respondents to discuss and providing relevant materials, group discussion and communication, the second poll, result analysis and so on. Deliberative polling is faced with external validity problems such as sample representativeness and response to the experimental arrangement, and the internal validity problem such as measuring tools and so on.
