复方黄柏液用于商环包皮环切术后伤口护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方黄柏液对商环包皮环切术后伤口愈合的疗效和护理效果。方法:随机选取我院行商环包皮环切除术患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组各100例,术后对照组采用0.1%碘伏隔天换药,观察组用复方黄柏液20ml浸泡15min,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组轻度疼痛率为66.0%,明显高于对照组,而中、重度疼痛率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Ⅰ度水肿率为55.0%,明显高于对照组,而Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度水肿率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且患者术后切口愈合率、护理满意度和舒适度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方黄柏液对商环包皮环切术后伤口愈合的效果确切,可明显缓解患者伤口疼痛和减轻水肿,具有显著的临床意义。Objective：To study the effect of cortex phellodendri fluid on patients＇ wound healing after Quotient ring circumcision. Methods：200 cases received Quotient ring circumcision were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were dressing with 0. 1% iodine after treatment, while the ob- servation group being with 20ml compound cortex phellodendri fluid soaking for 15 minutes. The clinical curative effect were compared in two groups. Results： The mild race of incision was 66.0% in observation group, and patients with I degree of edema elimination rate, cure rate, nursing satisfaction degree and nursing comfort degree were also significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and the medium , heavy pain rate and Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree of edema elimi- nation rate were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Observation group of patients with postoper- ative nursing satisfaction and comfort levels were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion..The compound fluid of cortex phellodendri has exact effect in Quotient ring circumcision patients and alleviate pa- tients wound pain and edema. It has significant clinical significance.
