基于数据挖掘技术的名中医左进治疗肛裂病临证经验研究

摘　　要：为通过数据挖掘技术分析、总结名中医左进治疗肛裂病的临证经验，本研究将112例诊断为肛裂病并经左进主任医师治疗的患者相关数据录入数据库，对其证候、立法、处方、用药等进行数据挖掘分析。结果显示，112例肛裂病患者出现证候多为血热肠燥证（67次，59．8％）、阴虚津亏证（58次，51．8％）、血虚津亏证（42次，37．5％）、脾虚气陷证（13次，11．6％）；治疗上以泄热通便、养阴凉血（67次），养阴生津、润肠通便（58次），补血养阴、润肠通便（42次），健脾温中、固脱止血（16次）为主要立法；处方多以凉血地黄汤加麻仁丸、增液汤、润肠汤、归脾汤等加减化裁；用药次数最多的依次是生地黄、牡丹皮、玄参、火麻仁、黄柏、麦冬、赤芍、地榆、苦杏仁、大黄、当归、天花粉、枳实、厚朴和黄芪等。结果表明，数据挖掘技术分析结果在一定程度上可客观地反映名中医左进治疗肛裂病的临证经验，为临床治疗肛裂病提供参考和借鉴。This study was to summarize and analysed the clinical experience of famous TCM doctor ZUO Jin in the treatment of anal fissure through tapping on data, recorded the relevant data of 112 patients,who had been confirmed with anal fissure and treated by Dr.ZUO Jin, into database, then tapping on the data （including signs ; symptoms,drawing up project,prescription and medication, etc） and analyzed them.As results,in the 112 cases the frequency of signs ; symptoms was in following order, blood-heat intestine- dryness type（67 times,59.8%） ,Yin and body fluid deficiency type （58 times,51.8%） ,blood and body fluid deficiency type （42 times,37.5%）,and insufficiency of the spleen collapse of qi type（13 times,11.6%）the frequency of main treatment projects was in following order, dispelling the pathogenic heat and promoting bowel movement easing of constipation nourising Yin and removing heat from the blood（67 times）,nours- ing Yin and promoting body-fluid generation loosening the bowels and promoting bowel movement easing of constipation （58 times）, enriching the blood and nourising Yin loosening the bowels and promoting bow- el movement easing of constipation （42 times）, invigorating the spleen and warming the middle-energizer astriction prolapse and stopping bleeding （16 times）the prescriptions mostly had Liangxue Dihuang Tang （decoction of Rehmannia for removing heat from the blood） plus MaRen Wan（pill of Hemp seed） and Zengye Tang（fluid-increasing decoction）, Run-chang Tang（decoction for loosening the bowel）, and Guipi Tang（decoction for invigorating the spleen and nourshing the heart） modified the frequency of drugs used was in following order（from more to less）, dried rehmannia root, moutan bark, figwort root, hemp seed, phellodendron bark, lilyturf root, red peony root, hurnet root, bitter apricol kernal, rhubarb, Chinese angelica root, trichosanthes root, immature orange fruit, magnolia bark and milkvetch root, etc.Results show that the analysis results fr
