金马洗剂在环状混合痔PPH术后的应用效果

摘　　要：为探讨金马洗剂在环状混合痔PPH术后的应用效果，将92例拟行PPH治疗的环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组术后给予金马洗剂熏洗坐浴，对照组术后给予1：5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴，对比两组患者总体疗效、创面愈合时间及术后肛门疼痛消失时间、肛缘水肿消退时间。结果显示，两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但治疗组创面愈合时间、术后肛门疼痛消失时间及肛缘水肿消退时间均明显短于对照组，P〈0．01。结果表明，环状混合痔PPH术后应用金马洗剂熏洗坐浴可减轻患者肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿，促进创面愈合，值得临床推广应用。In order to investigate the efficacy of Jinma lotion used after PPH for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,authors randomly divided the 92 patients with this hemorrhoids to be subjected to PPH into treatment group and control group,after operation gave Jinma lotion for fuming wash sitz bath to treatment group,to control group 1 ： 5000 PP solution do so;then,the whole effects,the time for postoperative wound-surface healing,for postoperative pain disapperance, and for anal edge edema resolution were compared between both groups. As results, in total effective rate there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〉0.05） ,but,in the time for above three items treatment group was all significantly shorter than control group（ P 〈0.01）.Results show that after PPH for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids fuming ＆ wash sitz bath with Jinma lotion can reduce pain of anus, resolve edema of anus edge,promote wound- surface healing,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
