摘　　要：对《地下工程防水技术规范》制定的设计原则的针对性和适用性进行分析与讨论,指出在房建地下工程中应遵循"防排结合"、"材料防水与构造防水结合"的设计原则,重视排水设计,发挥排水的作用与功能;建议进一步明确各类地下工程防水的设防要求。The article makes analyses and discussions on the pertinence and applicability of the design principles formulated by Technical Code for Waterproofing of Underground Works, and it points out the principles of waterproof combined with water drainage and material waterproof combined with structure waterproof should be followed in the underground works of housing construction. The water draining design needs more attention and its functions need to be brought into play. The article suggests the fortifying requirements of underground waterproof should be further clarified.
