摘 要:对精练棉织物进行漆酶预处理,再进行低温(70℃)氧漂,采用响应面分析法优化预处理条件.对预处理温度、p H、漆酶DeniliteⅡS用量3个因素,每个因素取5个水平进行考察,评估其提高氧漂效果(CIE白度)的能力.优化后的漆酶预处理条件为:温度58.41℃,p H=5.07,DeniliteⅡS用量2.57%(omf),经70℃双氧水漂白,得到的织物白度为78.74,强力保留率>92%,均优于传统氧漂效果(白度76.8,强力保留率85%).The scoured cotton fabric was treated with a combining laccase pretreatment with low-temperature (70 ℃) hydrogen peroxide bleaching. The response surface methodology was used to optimize the pretreatment conditions. Three factors (pretreatment time, pH and the dosage of Denilite Ⅱ S) and five levels for each factor were investigated in order to assess their ability of improving the effects of hydrogen peroxide bleaching (CIE whiteness), The optimal conditions for laccase pretreatment were obtained: when temperature, pH and concentration of Denilite Ⅱ S were set at 58.41 ℃, 5.07 and 2.57%(omf), respectively. The whiteness (W/) of bleached fabric was 78.74 and the retained tensile strength was above 92% after 70 ℃ hydrogen peroxide bleaching, which were both higher than those obtained by conventional hydrogen peroxide bleaching (WI: 76.8, retained tensile strength: 85%).
