摘  要:选用分散红3B、分散蓝SE-2R和分散黄H-3GL 3种不同类型的分散染料对改性聚芳二唑纤维进行低温染色,探讨了助剂用量、温度、时间及p H对染色效果的影响,比较了低温染色工艺与高温高压染色工艺染色性能的差异。结果表明:加入助染剂后,分散染料可以在低温条件下较好地上染改性聚芳二唑纤维,最佳工艺为:染色助剂2%~3%,p H=6~7,染色温度70℃,保温时间50 min。Three different types of disperse dyes, Disperse Red 3B, Disperse Blue SE-2R and Disperse Yellow H-3GL were adopted to investigate the low-temperature dyeing of modified polyaromatic oxadiazoles (POD) fibers. The influences of the amount of auxiliary, dyeing temperature, time and pH on dyeing were discussed. The differences of dyeing behaviors between low temperature dyeing process and high temperature and high pressure dyeing were compared. The results showed that disperse dyes can be applied in modified polyaromatic oxadiazoles with the addition of auxiliary under low temperature. The optimum dyeing process was that of auxiliary 2%~3%, pH 6~7, dyed at 70℃for 50 min.
