摘  要:为了解决传统测试仪信号源产生的交流激励信号频率控制不便、输出离散点多时频率范围受限的问题,并实现检波器各项性能参数的检测,研制了新型的检波器测试仪信号源。通过对测试仪信号源进行具体的分析,给出了详细电路图。信号源是由MSP430单片机和直接频率合成器(DDS)芯片AD9833构成的,通过串行接口编程设定。与现有的测试仪信号源相比,该信号源转换时间快,频率稳定度良好;周期离散点多;每周期输出4 096个点时频率范围可达1~100 Hz以上;信号失真度可达到0.1%以下,能够满足检波器测试仪的激励信号要求。To solve the problems of traditional tester signal source, e. g. , the frequency of the AC excitation signal is difficult to be controlled, and frequency range is limited for more output discrete points, and to implement detection of various performance parameters for geophone, the new type of geophone tester signal source is researched and developed. Through specific analysis of tester signal source, detail circuit diagram is given. The signal source is composed of MSP430 single chip machine and direct digital synthesizer (DDS) chip AD9833, and is programming setup through serial interface. Comparing with existing tester signal source, this signal source features fast conversion, stable frequency and more cycle discrete points, when 4 096 points output in one cycle, the frequency range is up to 1~100 Hz; the signal distortion is less than 0. 1%;it can satisfy the requirement of excitation signal for geophone tester.
