摘  要:针对pH值测量与控制的应用需求,提出了一种嵌入式pH值测控系统的设计思想和解决方案。通过采用喷淋清洗技术和电动阀门高灵敏度控制技术,使系统在特殊工况下具有广泛的适用性。对于浑浊、黏稠液体的测量,介绍了一种自动清洗装置的构造原理、接口电路和控制流程。研发完成的pH值测控系统已在冶金、化工、制糖等领域得到应用,系统的可行性得到验证。Aiming at the demands for pH measurement and control, the design concept and solution of embedded pH measurement and control system is proposed. By adopting spraying cleaning technology and high sensitive control technology of electric valve, the system possesses wide adaptability under special operating conditions. For measuring turbid and viscous liquids, the structural principle, interface circuit and control flowchart of an automatic cleaning device are introduced. The researched and developed pH measurement and control system has been applied in metallurgy, chemicals, sugar, and other fields , the feasibility of the system is verified.
