摘  要:目的探讨纳米级铅对小鼠免疫球蛋白和T淋巴细胞亚型的影响。方法将健康昆明种小白鼠80只随机分为5组,通过灌胃摄入不同剂量的纳米级二氧化铅和普通二氧化铅,连续5d后测定免疫球蛋白含量和T淋巴细胞亚群。结果不同剂量的纳米级二氧化铅均可导致小鼠血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgE含量下降,CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群减少,CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞的比值下降(P<0.05),其中高剂量纳米级铅组小鼠的各项免疫指标下降最为明显。相同剂量时,纳米级铅染毒组的免疫指标值相对于普通铅染毒组要低(P<0.05)。结论纳米级铅可对小鼠的免疫功能产生损害,并且其的损害作用大于普通PbO2。Objective To explore the impact of nanometer-Pb on the serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets in mice. Methods Eighty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, including low - dose, middle- dose and high - dose nano- PbO2 groups, the common PbO2 group and the control group. The mice of the 3 nano- PbO2 groups received different doses of nano- PbCh by garage for 5 successive days, and then the serum irnmunoglobulin contents and T lymphocyte subsets were measured. Results The levels of serum IgG, IgM and IgE, the percentage of CD4 + T lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ T lymphocyte of mice in the 3 nano - PbO2 groups all declined (P〈0.05), of which the immune indexes of mice in the high- dose nano - PbO2 group declined the most. At the same experimental dose, the serum levels of immune indexes of mice in the nano - PbO2 groups were lower than those in the common PbO2 group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Nanometer - Pb can damage the immune function of mice, and the adverse effects induced by nano- PbO2 are distinctly stronger than those by the common PbO2.
