摘 要:利用KH-560硅烷对纳米钛粉进行偶联处理,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作为分散剂,通过原位聚合方法制备了纳米钛/聚丙烯酰胺(纳米Ti/PAM)复合粒子。运用XPS、TEM、FT-IR等测试手段对粉体材料进行表征,研究了偶联处理和原位聚合包覆对纳米钛粉在M03环氧树脂稀释液中分散能力的影响。结果表明,核壳结构的纳米Ti/PAM复合粒子粉体颗粒间不易团聚,将其分散在M03环氧树脂稀释液中之后混合液出现可目视观察的初始沉淀在20 h以上,且混合液中固体颗粒的分散状态较为稳定。The coupling treatment of nano-sized titanium powder was carried out with KH-560 silane as the coupling agent.The nano-sized Ti/PAM(nano-sized Ti/polyacrylamide) composite particles were prepared by an in-situ polymerization process with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) as the dispersant.The powder samples were characterized respectively by XPS,TEM and FTIR techniques.The effect of coupling treatment and polymerization process on the dispersibility of the particles in M03 epoxy resin dilution was studied as well.It was found that the nano-sized Ti/PAM composite particles have a core-shell structure and the agglomeration among the particles was slight.In addition,the nanosized Ti/PAM composite particles can be well-dispersed in the dilution of M03 epoxy resin.The initial sedimentation of the nano-sized Ti/PAM composite particles in the dilution can be visually inspected after 20 h,and the dispersed state of the powder is pretty stable.
