齿叶薰衣草挥发油提取及化学成分研究

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取齿叶薰衣草挥发油,通过气-质(GC-MS)联用分析法分析其化学成分,同时采用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果表明,齿叶薰衣草挥发油化学成分和含量与文献报道的新疆薰衣草有较大差别。Lavandula dentata volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,and the chemical com-ponents were determined by means of GC -MS spectrometry.The relative contents of the components were calculated with peak areas normalization method.The results show that significant differences of the volatile oils components and their contents were found between Lavandula dentate and Lavandula pedunculata ,Xin-jiang.
