摘 要:采用水培方法,分析了5个粳稻品种(系)在正常和低氮2种氮量水平下的7个氮素代谢指标和3个农艺指标的差异。结果表明:与正常施氮量处理相比,在低氮条件下,生产上表现耐瘠的滇杂35的根系氧化力、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性及叶绿素a、b和叶绿素总含量及有效穗数均没有显著变化,但根系还原力显著上升,硝酸还原酶(NR)活性显著下降,株高及生物产量极显著下降;其余4个供试粳稻品种(系)的根系还原力没有显著上升,但根系氧化力等9个指标值均发生了显著或极显著变化,这说明耐低氮胁迫的品种具有根系还原力显著上升,而根系氧化力、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性、叶绿素b、叶绿素总含量和有效穗数变化不明显的特性。这些特性可以作为耐低氮水稻材料筛选的参考指标。Nitrogen is the most important element required in duration of rice growth and development. Differences of seven indexes related with nitrogen metabolism and three agronomical traits were studied on five Japonica rice varieties grown under low nitrogen (LN) and normal nitrogen (NN) hydroponic conditions. The results revealed that Dian-type hybrid rice DZ35, which showed low-nitrogen tolerance in field production, did not show significant difference between LN and NN conditions on panicle number,root oxidizing capacity (RO), activity of glutamine synthetase (GS), chlorophyll a, b and total contents (CA, CB, and CT), but showed significantly increase and decrease on root reducing capacity (f{f{) and nitrate reductase activity (NR) under low nitrogen stress, respectively. Different from DZ35, other four varieties did not show significant increase on their RR, but showed significant or highly significant changes on other nine indexes. The results indicated that RO, RR, GS, CB, CT and PN could be used as low nitrogen tolerant indexes of rice varieties.
