摘 要:为探索烟稻连作区烟苗适期早栽的潜力,比较了井窖式移栽下不同播种移栽时间和不同井窖深度对井窖孔穴内外温度、烟株农艺性状、生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:对比常规移栽,井窖式移栽具有良好的保温效果,雨天和阴天井窖式移栽的保温效果更明显。提前播种移栽能够使烟株各关键生育时期提前3~6d,烟叶提前3~5d采收。合适的井窖深度可以在保证烟叶采收成熟度的情况下缩短大田生育期。播种移栽时间和井窖深度对伸根期、团棵期、旺长期农艺性状的影响较大。随井窖深度加大,POD及SOD活性降低;提前播种移栽的烟株叶片POD及SOD活性高于常规时间移栽的。In order to explore the proper planting date of tobacco planted in tobacco - rice cropping area, this paper com- pared the impacts of different sowing and transplanting time and cellar depth on the temperature internal and external the cellar,the tobacco agronomic traits, the physiological and biochemical indexes. The results show that: (1)compared with conventional transplanting, the well cellar transplanting has good thermal insulation effect, especially in rainy and cloudy day ; (2) early sowing and transplanting can advance the growth period 3 - 6 days, and advance the tobacco leaf harvest 3 5 days ; ( 3 ) the proper depth of the well cellar can shorten the growth period as well as ensure appropriate tobacco leaf ma- turity; (4) the sowing and transplanting time and the well pit depth have great impact on the agronomic traits of tobacco in root extending stage,the rosette stage and vigorous growing period; (5) the POD and SOD activity decreased with the well cellar depth increasing, and the POD and SOD activity of tobacco leaf planted and sowed earlier is higher than that of the conventional transplanting time.
