摘  要:结垢问题是地热利用过程中面临的最重要问题之一,其对地热电站优化设计和安全运行有重要影响。本文选取甘孜地区某地热井作为研究对象,对放喷期间的地热水进行水质分析,根据拉申指数(LI)和雷兹诺指数(RI)判断腐蚀结垢趋势;同时对结垢成分进行了XRD分析,并明确了结垢原因和防垢措施。研究结果表明:地热水的RI为5.58,LI为0.19,说明地热水有结垢趋势,结垢程度为中等;垢的成分为Ca CO3,垢的成因为流体减压造成CO2从水中逸出导致Ca CO3析出结垢;除垢方法采用化学洗井,阻垢措施推荐采用化学抑制剂。Scaling is one of the most important problems in the geothermal utilization, and it has an important effect on the plant optimization design and safety operation. A well in Ganzi is selected as the study subject, whose water sample is analyzed during choke. The trend of corrosion and scaling is judged with the methods of Ryzner index (RI) and Larson index (LI), and the component of scaling is analyzed by XRD. The scaling reason and countermeasures for anti-scale are pointed out. The result shows that RI and LI is respectively 5.58 and 0.19, indicating a medium scaling degree. The component of scaling is CaCO3, whose precipitate is caused by CO2 escaping from geothermal water due to the reduction of pressure. The chemical washing well and filling inhibitor are selected as the countermeasures for anti-scale.
