新常态下郴州经济发展的战略思考

摘　　要：深刻认识新常态,主动适应新常态,勇于引领新常态,是我国当前和未来一个时期经济社会发展的大逻辑,更是郴州经济社会发展的大逻辑。新常态下郴州经济发展面临的机遇和挑战,迫切需要我们深入研究和思考。郴州经济发展的战略选择:一是要转变发展思维、提升经济发展引领力;二是要全面推进产业转型升级、强化经济发展支撑力;三是要扩大开放和区域合作、增强经济发展集聚力;四是要加强人才资源开发、激发经济发展驱动力;五是要扎实推进新型城镇化、提高经济发展凝聚力;六是要全面深化改革、释放经济发展新活力。Under the new nromal, Chenzhou economy development faces some opportunity and chal-lenge that need us to make deep thinking and research. Therefore, Chenzhou economy development＇s strate-gy chocie are the following： changing development thinking, promtion economic development leading force;impel fully industrial transition upgrading, strengthening economic development support; expanding opening-up and regional cooperation, enforce economic development cohension; reinforce talents resource exploita-tion, arousing economic development driving force; work in a down-to-earth newly type urbanization, ad-vancing economic development cohension; deepening fully reform, releasing economic development new vi-tality.
