摘　　要：随着高校毕业生人数的逐年递增,大学生就业问题成为一个突出的社会问题受到政府、高校和家庭的广泛关注。大学生自身法律意识不强,维权意识不高,在就业过程中出现违约及就业权益被侵害的现象屡见不鲜,这不仅会严重挫败毕业生的就业积极性,还会因此扰乱劳动力市场的正常运作,因此加强大学生就业指导与服务的法制化,就显得尤为重要。With the annual increse of graduates from higher education, the employment has been theprominent problem that is concerned by government, higher education and families. It is very common tofind some graduates to be encroached in the process of agreement violation and employment rights and bene-fits because they paid liitle attention to law consciouness and right-safeguarding, which will certaintly frus-trate their employment zeal and disturb personnel market. Therefore, It is very important to strengthen em-ployment guidance and service for college students.
