摘  要:以剖分滚动轴承为研究对象,探究汽车发动机主轴承滚动化的可行性。在某发动机真实工况下,计算了滚动轴承主要受力滚子的应力、变形和轴承的载荷分布及寿命,同时分析了滚动轴承疲劳寿命的影响因素,最后在倒拖试验台架上对主轴承滚动化前后的摩擦损失进行了测试和对比。综合结果表明,发动机主轴承滚动化后具有非常显著的减摩效果,但是疲劳寿命将是影响其产业化应用的最大制约因素。未来通过提高滚动轴承设计和工艺水平,改善轴承处的润滑及运行条件,有望实现发动机主轴承的滚动化应用。The feasibility analysis of the use of rolling bearing in car engine main bearing was discussed with the split rolling as the research object. The deformation, stress, load distribution and life of rolling bearing in real engine operating conditions were calculated by theoretical calculation and simulation; the factors that influence the life of rolling bearing were analyzed; the friction losses of main bearings rolling before and after rolling were finally tested and contrasted in a motored test bench. Consolidated results show that the rolling of main engine bearings has a very significant effect of reducing friction, but the fatigue life is the biggest constraint. Application of the rolling of main engine bearings is still expected in the future with the improvement of the level of design and technology, the optimization of lubrication and operating conditions.
