摘 要:利用高速摄像装置拍摄外加纵向磁场作用下的CO2焊接电弧,对电弧形态进行了研究。通过高速摄像照片得知,在外加纵向磁场的作用下,CO2焊接电弧在一最佳磁场参数范围内,呈上端收缩、下端扩张高速旋转的钟罩形。根据试验结果计算出CO2焊短路过渡的短路时间和燃弧时间,分析了外加磁场对熔滴过渡的控制作用。In this paper,the CO_2 welding arc was shot under the action of longitudinal magnetic field by using highspeed camera.The arc shape had been studied.The results showed that,the upper end of arc would contract and the low end of arc would expand under the action of longitudinal magnetic field.It would become bell type with highspeed rotating in the optimum range of the magnetic field parameters.According to the experiment,the short circuiting time and burning time of short circuiting transfer of CO_2 welding had been calculated.And the control effect of external magnetic field on the metal transfer had been analyzed.
