摘  要:建立了BR0.015F型人字形板式换热器冷热双流道的流动与传热计算模型,并在此基础上对其分配区结构进行改造,建立了新的计算模型,利用计算流体力学软件对两换热器模型内流体的流动和传热进行了数值模拟,并对比了两模型内的速度场、温度场和压力场。结果表明:相同工况下,新模型的努塞尔数约等于原模型的,摩擦因子较原模型的减少了30%,强化比是原模型的1.1倍左右,整体性能较原模型有明显提高。The fluid flow and heat-transfer calculation model for BR0. O15F chevron-type plate heat exchanger which boasting of cold and hot-flow channels was established. Basing on modifying flow distribution areas and making use of computational fluid dynamic software, a new calculation model was built to simulate fluid flow and heat transfer in two heat exchanger models, including the comparison of velocity field, temperature field and pressure field within two models. The results show that under the same working condition, the Nusseh number of the new model approximately equals to that of the original model, and its friction factor can be reduced by 30% than that of the original model, as well as the ratio of heat transfer enhancement is about 1.1 times of the original model along with an enhanced overall performance.
