摘　　要：针对发生腐蚀的重整四合一加热炉出口集合管盲板结构进行优化分析,利用Fluent软件模拟不同处理量下的出口集合管盲板结构和改进结构,对比分析速度失量图和涡量图,得出优化后的结构可以有效避免出口集合管端部腐蚀的结论。The outlet manifold blind plate structure of the four-in-one heating furnace corroded was optimized and analyzed; making use of Fluent software to contrast and analyze both velocity vector diagram and vorticity diagram of the corroded outlet manifold＇ s blind plate structure and its improved structure in different process- ing capacities to show that the optimized structure can effectively avoid corrosion at the outlet manifold＇ s end.
