摘　　要：建设中国(北部湾)自由贸易区是广西参与"一带一路"建设的重要举措,以"建设21世纪海上丝绸之路"为战略发展契机,整体布局,打造北部湾经济区的延伸版、中国—东盟自贸区的升级版、亚太自由贸易区的先行版。其建设思路是:建立和完善相关政策法规,营造良好投资环境,加强高标准的软硬环境配套设施建设,实现设施联通,打造"灵活便捷"的贸易服务通道,保障贸易畅通。Construction of China （Beibu Gulf） Free Trade Area is an important measure of Guangxi participation the＂Belt and Road＂ initiatives. According to the construction of＂building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road＂as a strategic development opportunity, to creating an extended version of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, an upgraded ver- sion of the China ASEAN Free Trade Zone, an advanced version of the Asia-Pacific Free Trade Area by arrangement all the important resources available.The construction ideas are： to set up and improve relevant policies and regulations, while created a good investment environment and strengthened a high standard environment facilities, through the real- ization of inter-working facilities, and building a ＂flexible and convenient＂ trade service channel to ensure the trade flows as smoothly as possible.
