摘  要:针对增容改造后的发电机在进行端部及铁心背部检查时发现的异常情况,对振动与磨损状况进行了技术分析,探索增容后发电机设备易出现的技术问题。结合生产实践,设备结构特点、检修工艺与检查手段,提出防范处理措施,从而保障增容改造广泛顺利推行。同时也期望为同类增容机组的发电机安全稳定运行提供借鉴。The abnormalities were found in checking of the generator terminal and stator core after generator capacity- increasing retrofit, the technical analysis on vibration and abrasion was made. The problems after capacity-increasing retrofit of generator were identified. Combining with the actual practices, generator structure characteristics, mainte- nance technique and inspection method, the preventive and treatment measures were proposed to ensure the success- ful implementation of capacity-increasing retrofit. Meanwhile,it is hopeful to provide references for safe and stable operation of similar capacity-increasing generating unit.
