摘　　要：在过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥和混凝土开发和研究的基础上,设计了年产10万吨过硫磷石膏水泥混凝土生产示范线,通过生产线的建设和试生产,掌握了生产线主要的工艺控制参数,成功生产出C30等级的路缘石、植草砖、步道砖等多种过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥混凝土制品。示范线的运行结果表明,该生产线设备简单可靠,可大量利用磷石膏,产品具有较强的市场竞争力。Based on the researches and developments of excessive-sulfate phosphogypsum-slag-cement and concrete, a demonstrated production line with annual output of 100,000 tons had been designed and built. Through the plant building and trial producing process, manufacturing control parameter of the production line had been studied and determined, three prod- ucts, namely curbside stone, grass planting brick and pedestrian pave brick, had been manufactured successfully in the produc- tion line. The trial producing process shows that the equipment of the production line is efficient and reliable, and a large a- mount of phophogypsurn can be utilized, its productions are highly competitive in the local market.
