摘  要:干法烟气脱硫渣有高钙、高硫的特点,具有一定的缓凝微膨胀特性。通过研究脱硫渣对复合水泥性能的影响,结果表明:脱硫渣对复合水泥的缓凝效果要好于硬石膏,脱硫渣能够取代硬石膏用作水泥缓凝剂,但将两者复掺时,复合水泥的凝结时间却大幅延长;脱硫渣对复合水泥早期强度影响不利,但却能提高水泥后期强度的增长率;脱硫渣能明显改善复合水泥的干缩性能;另外,探讨了脱硫渣的缓凝及补偿收缩机理。Dry flue gas desulfurization residue has the properties of retarding and slight expansion because of its characteristics such as high calcium and high sulfur. Through the study that the effect of desulfurization residue on the properties of composite cement, the results show that the retarding effect of desulfurization residue is better than an- hydrite, it can replace anhydrite as cement retarder, but if both mixed, the setting time of composite cement is greatly extended; desulfurization residue is adverse to the early strength, but it can improve the growth rate of the late strength of cement; desulfurization residue can also obviously improve the dry shrinkage of the composite cement. In addition, mechanism of retarding and shrinkage-compensating of cement by addition of desulfurization residue are analyzed.
