摘　　要：26例深度烧伤患者在康复期对烧伤疤痕施行综合治疗,包括物理治疗、加压治疗、夹板、牵引和功能锻炼。全部患者自觉症状均获改善或消失,疤痕软化,10例疤痕疙瘩变平坦,5例关节挛缩明显改善,成人均恢复劳动力。加压治疗是预防和治疗疤痕挛缩的最有效疗法,宜早期施行。本文介绍了一种自动测压装置,对压力选择及其治疗效应进行了讨论。26 cases severely burned were treated with comprehensive therapies, such as compression treatments splint,traction and functional exercise. The synptoms of all the patients were reduced and scar softened. The scar of 10 eases become flattened and the joint contracture of 5 eases improved with regained working capability. Compression treatment is considered themost effective way to prevent and treat the scar contracture and should be used as earlyas possible. An automatic pressure-monitoring device is introduced and the selections ofpressure as well as treatment results are discussed.
