摘  要:针对大当量爆炸场试验中采用通断靶触发引起的操作繁琐、安全性差的问题,在对静爆试验中声、光信号的特征进行研究的基础上,设计了声光触发系统,为测试系统提供稳定、可靠的触发信号。声触发需要结合系统布设参数来设置相关的采集参数,以确保采集数据的完整性;对于光触发系统,由于有用信号的光谱与日光光谱部分重叠,造成二者无法完全分离,所以设计信号预处理装置及合理布设对整个系统的可靠性起到至关重要的作用。试验结果表明:TNT当量≥2kg时,声光触发系统布设在距爆心20m处,均可为测试系统提供稳定、可靠的触发信号。Aimed at the weaknesses of on/off target triggering in complicated operation and poor safety in the large equivalent explosion field test, the acousto-optic triggering system which could provide stable and reliable triggering signal was proposed on the basis of study the characteristics of acoustic signal and optical signal in static explosion test. The acoustic trigge- ring system set acquisition parameters according to system configure parameters to guarantee data integrity. For the optical triggering system, the spectrum of useful signal overlapped with light spectrum and could not separate each other. The design and configure of signal pretreat- ment device played an important role to reliability of the system. The experimental results show that acousto-optic triggering system can provide stable and reliable triggering signal at a range of 20m from explosive center when the TNT equivalent is more than 2kg.
