摘 要:针对用双经纬仪检测调炮精度时2台经纬仪视轴可能是异面交会的问题,提出了一种新的数据处理方法。通过2台经纬仪观测目标点的方位角、俯仰角和基线长度,解算出2台经纬仪视轴的异面直线方程;在公垂线上估计目标点的位置;用目标估计点的坐标解算出身管指向角。估计目标点位置时,综合考虑了经纬仪测角精度和经纬仪到目标点距离的影响。采用蒙特卡洛方法模拟结果表明:与传统方法相比,新方法的身管指向精度至少提高了3%,特别是在经纬仪测角精度相同时,身管指向精度在高低方向甚至能提高23%以上;与公垂线中点法相比,即便是经纬仪测角精度相同,新方法的身管指向精度在方位和高低方向上分别提高了0.3%和2.9%以上。模拟结果验证了该数据处理方法的可行性和有效性。Aimed at the problem that the optical axis of two theodolites may be in state of non- uniplanar intersection when detecting gun adjusting precision with double theodolites, a new data processing method was presented, the non-uniplanar linear equations of optical axis of two theodolites were resolved by observing the azimuth angle, pitching angle and baseline length of target points, the target point positions on the common perpendicular were estimated, tube di- rection angle was resolved with the coordinates of estimated target points. The influence of an- gle measurement accuracy of theodolite and the distance between theodolite and target point were considered and researched when estimating target point positions. The simulation results come from Monte Carlo method show that the direction accuracy improves at least 3 % with the new method compared with the traditional date processing method, and especially when two theodolites have the same precision, the elevation accuracy improves more than 23%. Com- pared with the common perpendicular midpoint method, even if the angle measurement accura- cy of theodolites are same, the elevation and azimuth accuracy improve more than 0.3% and 2. 9% respectively with the new method. The results show that the new method is feasible and available.
