摘 要:目的:为探究底肥用量及种根大小对云南省玉龙县鲁甸乡栽培秦艽产量和质量的影响,确定秦艽最适底肥用量及种根使用方法。方法:分析测定了秦艽鲜重、干重、折干率、长度、直径、分支数及龙胆苦苷、马钱苷酸、醇溶性浸出物、总灰分含量,采用理想灰关联距离度综合评价法对其质量和产量进行评价。结果:底肥用量及种根大小对鲁甸乡栽培秦艽产量和质量有着较大影响,农家肥2 000 kg/667 m2,过磷酸钙20 kg/667 m2,草木灰100 kg/667 m2及大小种根混合移栽的秦艽质量和产量综合评价最好。结论:建议鲁甸乡秦艽生产底肥用量为:农家肥2 000 kg/667 m2左右,过磷酸钙20 kg/667 m2左右,草木灰100 kg/667 m2左右;并选择高质量种根适量错开一定的深度移栽。Objective: In order to optimize the base fertilizer dosage and root size of Gentiana crassicaulis in Ludian,Yulong,Yunnan,the differences in yield and quality of Gentiana crassicaulis caused by different base fertilizer dosage and root size were investigated. Methods: The variation in fresh weight,dry weight,drying rate,length,diameter,branches as well as the contents of gentiopicroside,loganin acid,alcohol-soluble extract and total ash were determined. The ideal distance grey relational degree comprehensive evaluation method was applied to make a comprehensive evaluation on the quality and yield of Gentiana crassicaulis. Results: There were big differences in yield and quality of Gentiana crassicaulis among different base fertilizer dosage and root size. 2 000 kg /667 m^2 of manure,20 kg /667 m^2 of superphosphate,100 kg /667 m^2 of plant ash and mix size of transplanting roots showed the best comprehensive quality and the highest yield. Conclusion: 2 000 kg /667 m^2 of manure,20 kg /667 m^2 of superphosphate,100 kg /667 m^2 of plant ash,high quality transplanting roots and stagger certain depth to transplant are highly recommended to produce high quality and high yield of Gentiana crassicaulis in Ludian,Yulong,Yunnan.
