摘  要:目的:建立抗宫炎系列药品(抗宫炎颗粒、抗宫炎片、抗宫炎胶囊)的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用资生堂CAPCELL PAK C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,3μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速0.8 m L/min,0-44 min波长为280 nm,44-115 min波长为332 nm,柱温30℃。结果:10批抗宫炎颗粒中有10个共有指纹图谱峰,10批抗宫炎片和10批抗宫炎胶囊中有11个共有指纹图谱峰,其相似度均大于0.9,整体相似性好。结论:该方法简便、稳定、重复性好,可为抗宫炎系列药品质量控制提供依据。Objective: To establish analysis methods for fingerprint of Kanggongyan series by HPLC. Methods: A Shiseido CAPCELL PAK C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,3 μm) column was used with acetonitrile-0. 5% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 0. 8 m L / min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm during 0 - 44 min and at 332 nm during 44 - 115 min. Results: Ten common peaks were selected as characteristic peaks in the chromatogram of Kanggongyan particles,eleven common peaks were selected as characteristic peaks in the chromatogram of Kanggongyan tablets and capsules,the similarities were greater than 0. 9 among all batches. Conclusion: The method is simple,steady and repeatable. It provides a basis for the quality control of Kanggongyan series.
