摘  要:目的:优选表面活性剂协同超声提取合欢花总黄酮的工艺条件。方法:采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,以表面活性剂浓度、料液比和超声时间为影响因素,总黄酮的得率为评价指标,确定提取合欢花总黄酮的最佳条件。结果:合欢花总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:2.5%的十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),15倍的60%乙醇,超声提取31 min,在此条件下,合欢花总黄酮的得率为0.853%,该工艺比仅用超声法提取合欢花总黄酮的得率提高了93.0%。结论:该提取工艺简单、结果可靠,可以用于合欢花总黄酮的提取。Objective : To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Albizia julibrissin flower by combining surfactant with ultrasonic technology. Methods : Using Box-Bebnken central composition design and response surface methodology, the effects of sur- factant concentration,liquid-solid ratio and ultrasound time on the yield of total flavonoids were studied based on the extraction rate to determine the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids. Results : Optimum conditions for extraction of Albizia julibrissin flower were as follows : mass percentage of 2. 5 % SDS, 15 times of 60% ethanol, ultrasonic time of 31 rain. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Albizia julibrissin flower was 0. 853%. Using this technology, the extraction yield increased by 93.0% as compared with that using ultrasonic technology alone. Conclusion : The optimum extraction technology can be used for extraction of to- tal flavonoids from Albizia julibrissin flower for its simplicity and responsibility.
